Process

How sample testing works

A short path from first message to certificate. Designed for suppliers and research teams that already know what they need tested.

1. Intake request

Send compound names, lot or batch identifiers, sample count, and preferred assays. We confirm fit and shipping details.

2. Pack and ship

Label samples clearly. Follow the packing notes we send. Keep a simple packing list that matches vial labels.

3. Receipt and custody

When the parcel arrives it is logged. From that point the sample set is tracked through analysis under chain-of-custody practice.

4. Analysis and COA

We run the agreed panel and issue the certificate of analysis for your records and downstream verification needs.

What to include in the first message

  • Legal company name and contact email
  • Peptide or material names and approximate counts
  • Assays requested (purity, identity, other)
  • Any hard external deadline (we will be honest about capacity)

What happens after the COA

You receive the certificate for internal QA, customer documentation, or supplier onboarding. Public lookup tooling is on the roadmap; until then, email us with accession details if a third party needs confirmation.
